About the Role

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you to be the first full-time recruitment hire at  Sigma. You will deliver results by providing a high level of customer service and fastidious attention to detail to our hiring process while at the same time helping to continuously improve and expand the program. This work is often delivered on an urgent basis to key partners in the business including candidates, hiring managers and our executive team. Key responsibilities:

  • Schedule phone and onsite interviews with speed and efficiency
  • Help in the crafting of Job Descriptions
  • Communication with candidates regularly via email and phone to ensure they have accurate interview information in preparation for their interviews
  • Management of online recruiting tools such as Linkedin
  • The arrangement of travel and accommodations for out-of-town applicants
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system Lever and job postings ensuring information is correct and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with external recruiters and managers to shape the hiring process and candidate experience
  • Build a strong and supportive recruiting culture as it relates to our company values
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • 1+ Year working in a recruitment organization or company
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
  • Adaptable to change and able to make quick decisions in a rapidly changing environment
  • Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
  • High proficiency in written and oral commuincation skills
  • A friendly personality with a customer first mindset
  • Great teammate that loves to bring new ideas to the table and who is collaborative and focused on team success.
