Our philosophy

Our achievements sum up who we are as people—whether that’s earning a black belt, getting a college degree, or earning a skydiving certification. But in a world where achievements are verified by paper, some of these accomplishments can get lost forever.

Today, every aspect of our lives is moving to the internet. We keep our credit cards in digital wallets, our contacts in smartphones, and our passwords in digital vaults. Now it's time for a world where a verified system of digital achievements creates a better, more trustworthy web.

We didn’t just want to see this world—we wanted to create it. We built Sigma as a solution to the problem of achievement by paper. The digital world should complement the physical world, and we have a built a digital platform to help you do just that.

Sigma: The platform for all of life’s achievements.

Sigma is the sum of all your life experiences. It’s a clearinghouse for life’s achievements where you, the user, have control over how your personal data is shared and used. Your Sigma profile is a compilation of the certifications, licenses, awards, and experiences that define you, all in one place. Organizations give out digital Merits and users have full access and control over that data.

We aren’t just building a digital verified system for achievements—we’re forging a better way for organizations and individuals to interact. We can't wait to see what you do with it.
